WHY INK EXISTS / 002

Remember when
technology had
an ending?

You put on a song. You listened to it. You took a grainy photo, played one more game, then went outside.

Somewhere along the way, every little thing got folded into one glowing rectangle that never wants us to leave.

ink Pod is our attempt to bring back the feeling of having a few good things—and knowing when to put them down.

INK CIRCLE / 004

Keep your
people close.

A proposed private messaging experience for a tiny, chosen circle of people. No public feed, read receipts as pressure, or endless group threads.

The pager is still an engineering concept. Phone relay and off-grid LoRa are not guaranteed launch features.

THE HONEST ANSWERS / 007

Little questions.
Real answers.

Can I actually buy ink Pod today?

Not yet. This is a prelaunch development project. The product images are concept renderings. The interest form is not a purchase.

Is the center display dial part of the first device?

It is an experimental design idea, not a committed first-release feature. The simpler physical dial is the current pragmatic V1 direction.

Does the pager work without internet?

That is the long-term hybrid LoRa goal, but radio performance, regulatory requirements, antenna layout and battery usage still need real hardware validation.

Will the back share my contact by NFC?

That's a planned experience: tap a phone against the back to open a selected contact card or profile link. The implementation isn't yet validated in a finished device.

What about the Kickstarter launch?

There is no live campaign or confirmed launch date yet. We will share progress once core hardware, real costs and delivery feasibility are established.

How do email updates and payments work?

Signup and account data are saved by the connected backend. Automated mail requires a configured email provider; payment checkout is disabled until a real merchant account and approved product offering are configured.
